THEME DESIGN: MOSTLY SUPERHEROES’ SCREEN & SOCIAL
When Mostly Superheroes (the podcast) hosted their inaugural event combining all their favorite things (movies + hanging out + giving back), a new look-and-feel was needed to establish the event’s vibe and mission. Collateral included a pop-up banner, movie tickets, name tags, directional signage, slide show, pitch deck for sponsorships, landing page design, poster assets for promotion, and digital assets for social.
CONCEPT DESIGN: LOVE YOU DES MOINES DAYS
Long-time favorite community event of Des Moines, Love You Des Moines Days has grown larger every year — now offering 300+ FREE events for all ages. Updating the existing look with a bold, fun brand was the first step in this refresh. Building out custom iconography, design elements, and patterns allow the brand to grow and live year over year. Collateral included an in-depth event schedule brochure, daily schedule graphics for social, directional signage, and volunteer swag.
THEME DESIGN: 8TH ANNUAL VALLEY CLASSIC CAR SHOW
The theme for the 8th Annual Valley Classic Car Show needed to capture a wide range of audiences and car lovers — whose tastes are just as wide. Creating a bold, rock-a-billy vibe that would work well on posters & t-shirts was paramount, and the look easily translated to physical signage and social assets for promotion.
CONCEPT DESIGN: GOOD FOR ALL CONFERENCE OPTIONS
The national conference on neighboring and evangelism has grown and built momentum over the past 8 years. Now the largest of its kind, the 2022 concept needed to match the energy and scale the conference has fostered. Three options were developed, exploring how design over the past few years could grow & iterate into the next concept. Name tag treatments and theme slides were developed with each option.
